      <image:caption>All the carrot cake flavor you love, packed with spices and ingredients that love your gut back. ⏱ Total Time: 15 minutes  Servings: ~12 bites Ingredients 1 large carrot 1 cup pitted dates 1 cup walnuts 1 cup coconut flakes (shredded works too) ½ tsp vanilla ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp sea salt ¼ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp ground ginger Instructions 1. Pulse coconut flakes in a food processor a few times until roughly chopped. (If using shredded coconut, skip this step.) 2. Set aside about ¼ of the coconut flakes to use for coating. 3. Add all remaining ingredients to the food processor along with the remaining coconut flakes. 4. Blend until a sticky, well-combined mixture forms. 5. Roll into balls, then coat in the reserved coconut flakes. 6. Devour immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week — the perfect anytime pick-me-up!</image:caption>

Certified through a 200HR YTT in Canggu, Bali, and currently completing my 300HR Advanced training in San Francisco, I've taught at studios, athletic clubs, retreats, and festivals across Colorado, Guatemala, and beyond — including online wellness events like Solar Fest and Heartbeats Mind, Body &amp; Soul. From cacao circles and women's gatherings to park pop-ups, I love creating yoga experiences that feel like coming home. Connecting through movement and breath — and co-creating with the people I meet along the way — is what keeps me on this path. I'm grateful for where it's taken me, and excited for what’s to come.</image:caption>
